As Birdies’ 8th employee and Lead Graphic Designer, I helped build the San Fransisco DTC shoe company’s brand identity—including look + feel, fonts, colors & style guide—and brought the brand’s visual identity to life across all print, email, social, site, and paid advertising. I joined the team during a time of insane rapid growth, a new princess had worn us and we could not keep the shoe in stock.

Managed end-to-end design processes, including UX/UI improvements, e-commerce video and images, social media content, and cross-channel marketing pushes. Lead pre and
post-production efforts while managing the Digital Asset Coordinator and liaising with internal teams and external freelancers, ensuring alignment with visual standards.

Worked closely with the marketing team to optimize content, adapting to test results and research. Additionally, I collaborated with the Head of Brand on seasonal e-commerce and print marketing campaigns, performed creative content strategy, and managed high-level presentation materials.
